Pros

I have been here for almost a year and a half and all is good. I like the environment, dress code, and hours. We have a pretty solid team and everyone works well together.

Cons

Small office, sometimes it gets quite and I am the loud one.

Pros

The compensation was adequate and fit my expertise.

Cons

The company asserts itself as a marketing company, but the bar of competency is set very low and customer expectations are rarely met. Project preparedness is almost non existent, as most if not all projects, are designed haphazardly by the design team with little knowledge of web development procedures and then expected to be developed in non-realistic timeframes. Because of the company structure, the daily process is that of a 'Website Mill' where projects are sold EXTREMELY cheap and the attention given both pre and post launch are essentially empty promises to the client. In terms of management, my belief is that of a typical small IT company in America - subpar if any IT experience by the owners prior to launching the company and complete dependence on international outsourcing. The inhouse employees are given very little input and belittled for making decisions - often doing the job of other non-existent departments without proper compensation. The emotional and psychological rollercoaster towards their employees is both dysfunctional and toxic. Because of the 'fast pace/low quality' standards, there leaves little to no opportunity to develop new and updated skills in the web industry. Which is career suicide, as technology and workflows can change completely within 6-12 months.
