Pros

The company has potential to do well Great people throughout company to work with

Cons

multuple projects are running using competing resources with unrealistic timelines set; projects set up to fail and result in poor quality output Employees burnt out due to having too many reaponsibilities and not enough direction Too many manual processes in place resulting in more work errors happening than there needs to be Company doesn't care about its people Upper management makes decisions without thorough review prior to moving forward which has resulted in impact to employees and the health of the company Trying to grow too fast without a strong foundation in place Confusion over process ownership across the board Majority of employees are disgruntled due to being treated like a number/machine Managent doesn't promote or even allow for a work and home life balance due to high expectations to do more than what is possible for one person to achieve High turnover which costs the company a lot of time and money Poor communication from senior management

Pros

Mediocre performance is acceptable….

Cons

Poor senior management, will tell you anything you need to hear, but will never come through. No sales structure, will tell you a territory, but will let anyone sell into it. It’s open season. Highest rates and dealer fees in the industry, but expect the most originations. Employees are unhappy, only think about getting out of there. I was high-fived and hugged by numerous long term managers when I quit (they wished it was them). Stock options that were announced for employees were given to senior management team only. If you want to work for a company where it is all about originations and not about the employee wellbeing and being lied to all the time, this is the place for you.
