      Pros

      Some great people and the work is good if you like to be on the shop floor

      Cons

      Company got taken over and has put unrealistic pressure onto management. Not enough training. Little support and massive changes to the company values. Great managers have left and out of desperation have been promoting the wrong people.

      Use as a start on retail ladder... as lower management position ie assistant /duty manager is so low ...

      Cons

      Poor planning, Little respect for staff.. Muddle of the night shifts with no thought to staff safety ... Almost minimum pay for sales assistant ... Expectations on low paid staff
