- Management is not qualified to manage allowing for no development within the company. - Very high turnover, almost 60-80% turnover in the corporate offices - Safety and quality are ignored so that production numbers are higher - Marketing divisions make extremely risky decisions causing millions in loss - Management does not have your back and steps on you when appropriate - Career growth and promotion is limited and only given if you are threatening to leave the company - Management does not encourage innovation and when innovation is addressed, the topic is ignored - Great employees with decades of experience have been let go or left the company because of leadership - Leadership within the different departments is questionable as management does not have experience - A lot of politics for such a small company
