Pros
Can't think of any. If any, I would have to say that there are some really knowledgeable employees. It's just a shame the company disregards them.
Cons
Lack of integrity from leadership. They have some very corrupt Supervisors that have been intentionally railroading employees. It's a shame that the actions are allowed.
