Pros
Pay is higher than similar companies but PTO is not as good.
Cons
Upper level managers expect you to work 8 to 8 AND weekends. Managers will throw you under the bus quickly to protect themselves. Everybody feels threatened and there is plenty of backstabbing. “Diversity” is a joke.
