Pros
Weekly pay is the only bright spot. The work is stressful and demanding and not worth the minimum wage salary.
Cons
They will put you wherever they want without consulting you. Also, your hours will be drastically cut if you don't bow down to management daily. There is a union here but you can't join until you are there 90 days. After your 30th day of employment, they will evaluate you and in most cases you will be dismissed for any petty reason. It is all about how much a suck up you are to management to keep yourself employed. If you look yourself in the mirror every day, you won't last long here. If you are a phony, you might make it into the union where it is much harder to fire you.
