Business outlook
Pros
Company has good supervisors onsite and good to work with. Can make good money when you hit overtime mark during the week. No experience required.
Cons
Long hours (10-12 hours a day) sometimes in adverse weather conditions. I would not recommend doing the bucket truck tree trimming job as it can become very subjective with the general contractor running around 2nd guessing what the truck did. You are not supposed to get caught up in that controversy but unfortunately I did on one project and it was a very bad experience. The other jobs they have available are fine.
