Relaxed and friendly work environment. Emphasis on helping the customer and doing the right thing for them. You have your own space and are given the freedom to do your job your own way, as long as the results are positive.
Cons
The company keeps spending large sums of money upgrading the hardware, software, phone systems and website and none of them ever become 100% complete or fully operational. Meanwhile, due to quarterly financial reviews (after all the expensive upgrades) they have to lay off employees.
