      Helpful & easy to deal with peers from other regions. Salary is on par with industrial standards.

      Cons

      Discrimination against working parents. No work-life balance, continue to delegate tasks at odd hours/vacation and expect an immediate response. VPN server allocated with minimum bandwidth, simply not possible to work remotely. A chronic workplace where derogatory language can always be heard from some local peers.
