Pros
DeciBio embraces a vibrant company culture where team unity extends beyond the office walls. As a small company that is quickly growing, you get plenty of opportunities to learn and great exposure to what it takes to run a business. A great place to work if you want to be surrounded by esteemed thought leaders. Not to mention we have the best company offsites!
Cons
Expanding quickly comes with obvious growing pains. We have opened 2 offices in the past year and with only 3 people on our operations team, it's becoming difficult to keep up with it all. More support outside of the consulting/data teams is needed.
