Pros

LockerDome is an excellent place to work alongside some of the most talented and hard working professionals in their industry. Beyond competitive salaries, full benefits, catered meals daily, and a number of other office-related perks, LockerDome provides a fast paced, dynamic environment where every employee's contributions are tracked, recognized, and celebrated. No one works harder than the management, and it shows in the product and services that LockerDome provides. This work ethic trickles down to the rest of the company, and it's always easy to find focus and determination when management is down in the trenches with you. The big, brand new loft-style office in downtown St. Louis (which includes a full bar, game room, and rooftop patio) is an unbelievable place to work and shows how much management cares about ensuring employees are happy and comfortable. Terrific leadership, great company culture, a track record of success, and continuous company growth make LockerDome a great place to work.

Cons

LockerDome is still a relatively new player in its space, which requires frequent but necessary changes and adjustments to procedures, which can get hectic and cause pressure. For many the dynamic environment is actually a plus, but for some it can be overwhelming.

Pros

Great place to work. Really supportive work environment and strong work/life balance. Also great benefits for a smaller-sized company!

Cons

None. Room for personal growth and for your voice to be heard.

Pros

The staff. These people are some of the best people I have ever worked with and probably will ever work with.

Cons

The organization was a bit of a mess the founder/CEO (not the current CEO) had a vision but it kept changing and it made everything stressful and chaotic.
