I think the top end of management, from South Africa, could do with prioritising what projects are being successful and push those products more. This was a change starting to become true just before I left.
There is a pretty big divide between the company in South Africa and Australia, however this seemed to often work in favour for the Australian office as we had a lot more freedom until the top management, from South Africa, got more involved.
A big lack of engineering standards but this is due to extremely tight deadlines, meaning a lot of best practices are overlooked for the sake of delivery. This more often than not ended up with bugs and issues in products.
