Good benefits. Moving towards newer tech and an overall better product. Employees know there stuff. Full remote and flexibility.

The product is outdated and workflows and code base are a mess and needs refactoring big time. Pay is average. Communication between teams is not very good and sprints are all over the place with pulling in work and meeting deadlines. Very reactive with a lot of enhancements and no forward thinking with newer products instead of just the oms system.
