Pros

Deckor has been an excellent company to work at. Being a small business/ startup, the teams are able to quickly get acquainted with the day-to-day operations. With a fast-paced work culture, there’s more room for growth amongst many other positives. The team members are supportive and helpful while being welcoming to newcomers. Additionally, the working hours have always been flexible while at times, it may stretch out a bit. The office environment is fun and expansive with the benefits of healthy home-cooked food and tea breaks. Senior management tries their best to be empathetic and accommodate requests from employees in terms of leaves and in-office needs. All in all, it’s a startup and we all are wearing several hats, stepping out of our comfort zones and learning more every step of the way.

Cons

Sometimes wearing too many hats can also be equally exhausting and fruitful- the beauty of working in a startup! Also, Too much sugar in the tea- ALL THE TIME!

Pros

We get to do unique bits of work for big clients. The work atmosphere is friendly, yet it's challenging. We have afternoon Lunch and food in the evening, sometimes beers & pizzas after work. Everybody helps each other intending to get the best creative results possible and deliver on time. The innovative standard and demand are very high, and no shortcut. There is no sense of competition amongst the team, just healthy energy that drives everyone to their best performance. Good annual raise (If you work sincerely).

Cons

It's not a 9-5 place where you can drop your pen and leave on time every day. The nature of the industry demands meeting deadlines and putting in more effort to get the job done. The non-corporate culture is not for everyone. Lacking professionalism under pressure, can be solved through training. More leaders and hierarchy levels are required to delegate pressure from higher-ups.

Pros

It is indeed one of the best places I have worked in. Friendly environment, The team is great and supportive. Got to learn a lot while working with different clients. I got to work in varied projects which kept me on my toes and filled me with new experiences. Good quality homelike food also made life easier for a bachelor like me. Leadership is approachable and nobullshit. Negligible office politics, although there are always one or two people ugh. JD (office doggo) keeps everyone busy and is a vibe. Its a small team so Its fun and friendly environment, Not at all corporatish!

Cons

It's a small team so sometimes we all have to wear multiple hats and keep learning. Its exciting but stressful too sometimes. The positives outweigh the negatives tho. Better project management and defined pipelines could be a positive. But there is so much diversity in the projects I'm not sure how it could be solved. There should be an HR so we don't need to go to founder for every small request. Even though he's approachable it still gets little intimidating ngl.
