HORRIBLE MANAGMENT, HORRIBLE COMPANY,HORRIBLE WORKPLACE MICORMANAGMENT
The ceo’s have installed a camera with a mic in the employee working area (which by the way is illegal “the mic”) they are 24*7 on that camera and have unrealistic expectations
Cons
My time at DecorMart Studio was an ordeal that revealed a deeply entrenched toxic work culture. The company lacks structured processes, forcing employees to grapple with unrealistic sales targets from day one without any proper training or guidance. The chaos isn’t accidental—it’s part of a pattern that seems to be ingrained in the firm’s management approach.
The real issue lies with the leadership, especially the CEO. I endured aggressive shouting, constant humiliation, and repeated threats that my salary could be withheld over trivial disagreements. The CEO refuses to engage in constructive discussions, instead relying on intimidation and condescending remarks. Every interaction was marred by a dismissive attitude, with management routinely questioning our work capabilities, educational background, and even the companies we previously worked for.
What’s even more alarming is that this isn’t an isolated incident. Numerous employees have faced similar treatment, yet management remains unapologetic—blaming every issue on the employees and their supposed shortcomings. This pervasive culture of blame and disrespect created an environment of constant fear and anxiety, ultimately forcing me to resign mid-month. The abrupt departure not only disrupted my career but also left me struggling financially due to the loss of salary security.
If you value your mental well-being, professional growth, and financial stability, steer clear of DecorMart Studio. No job is worth enduring such relentless stress and mistreatment
