Pros
the company employs different nationalities and expertise. envolvement of projects and presentations outputs were the product of multiple ideas. one could have a clear understanding that an individual output contributes the total outcome of projects and presentation.
Cons
every pros has its cons. language was not a barrier but sometimes a simple project and presentations becomes complicated. level of experience and exposure becomes a problem but at the end of the day though it took time to come a conclusion a product output has been made.
