Growing company with entrepreneurial spirit, and a lot of likeable people. Organization is becoming significantly more employee focused with events such as a holiday party, summer picnic, casual Fridays at the corporate office, and the like. There has also been a significant overall upgrade in human capital in the past year, which has - and will continue to - take the company to new heights in its continued growth.
Cons
There are "growing pains" in most growth companies and Decron is no exception. However, for those who view that as an opportunity rather than a frustration, it can lead to a great sense of contribution, fulfillment and career growth potential.
