The organization appreciates their employees and goes above and beyond to ensure their field workers (including tenants) are well taken care of. It's not a secret either, appreciation and gratitude are often shared. Great benefits, including merit increases which are not common with companies now-a-days. HR is approachable, they were welcoming and supportive whenever I had questions. They lead by example, not by fear and I think that is the most important as they are your initial contact for the company, which gave me a great perspective on what else I could expect from the rest of the departments. This company is the true definition of work “family” without the sibling fights, of course!
