Thank you so much for taking the time to write this and for being with Decypher for a while now. We're really happy that people here feel like they can do their jobs without a lot of interference and that the team is made up of people who genuinely help each other, not just our clients.
We hear you on the AI suggestion!!! We want to use it to take the busywork out of the day, but also do it in a way that doesn’t put client data or our own systems at risk. Believe me, it's been THE topic of conversation at a lot of our leadership meetings.
You’re right that training is an area that can always be improved. Some of our materials/videos haven’t always kept pace with how the work is actually getting done. We’ve been working on that, and feedback like yours helps us decide what to focus on next.
Right now, we're exploring more contained ways to do that.
If you’re willing, we’d really value more concrete ideas from your side on where automation would save the most time. You can bring those to your manager or to leadership so they make it into the planning..
