There's a lack of organization internally

Access to some wine knowledge, sales experience, and good people to work with.

CEO boasts about his wealth to the employees, instead of meeting them individually / building connections. Also, plain out said he doesn't care what your goals are outside of the company and to primarily focus on wine. Expected to pay as an employee to take further wine courses. No commission base, no tip system, and huge disconnect between corporate and employees, therefore I felt no inclination to further my knowledge for someone else's reward.
