Small, Quiet Office . Helpful and Kind coworkers

You have to like a quiet office

40 hr work week and holidays.

There are way too many to list. This company promotes a hostile work environment. No policies to ensure professional atmosphere. Owners wife has a cruel, vicious temperament, often prone to emotional outburst, degradation of employees, vile language, even pushing employees in to pools at a baby shower. Owners often take on customers at no profit to soothe their largest customer. Drivers are promised pay, then hired and told what their pay really was, and much less than they expected. Office employees file complaints against upper management as payback for not getting their way. Very unethical, jobs created on paper for family members, internal documents manipulated to suit their purposes. On my first day, someone quit and told me the best thing I could do is quit too. Management told me of her plans to make an employee quit and soon later, she did. Sad to see that such a company exists. They were acquired by a new company recently. I hope they can establish some form of professionalism or at least some standards.
