Pros
You will get to meet some very knowledgeable people (other founders) in the various sector areas with great ideas; their main catch of turning a problem upside down to find solutions is a great one, but that's all that's great about them
Cons
They are exploiting brilliant founders (low pay, all responsibility is on founders....for everything) who come on board with the promise of building a company that can actually make a change; they bait founders by telling them they will own 80% of the newco's equity, when really the fine print of their deal looks very different; no company culture, complete lack of accountability up to the people on top running DSV, no interest in hearing feedback from founders which could help them improve, badmouthing people behind their backs; siloing of information and gaslighting people is their way to deal with any issues and make founders believe they are dependent on them; worst is, they are developing a negative reputation in the startup space which has a direct impact on any new founder wanting to start a company with them; existed for 6+ years though none of their portfolio companies has even raised a Series A.... why is that?
