      Has good intentions and wants to create good games.

      Cons

      Often micro-manages their developers and has a habit of too much "ticking the boxes" development approach. One size does not fit all.

      - Easy to have your efforts recognized by the colleagues - Many opportunities to get in touch and learn from industry veterans - Free fruits, drinks and coffee - Company events 2 times/year

      Cons

      - Very low salaries - Low or no possibilities to grow (both in position and salary) kill your motivation - management not capable of taking the right decisions based on internal reports/feedback
