Probably one of the most welcoming companies I have ever worked for. All good, nice people with copius expertise in their fields and all who couldnt do enough for you also. Excellent benefits package also and rewarding work and company has proven very flexible also.

None really to speak of. So far I have genuinely enjoyed my time.

Hybrid working, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Cons
The care of employees has dropped drastically and groups of people frequently just disappear from employment overnight with no role consulations and nobody is allowed to discuss it. Remaining staff are discontent and worried for their jobs. Staff benefits have been massively cut for new entrants to the company.
