They look great from the outside

High turn over, huge workloads with 0 support or any real training, so when you don’t immediately keep up with your work load or make a small mistake you are gone. The team environment was strange, lacked any real soul.

Very little can be mentioned due to the cons below

CEO's management and communication is the main issue. The work culture has become very difficult and exhausting to work in due to how the business is run by them and their unprofessional communincation There is a lot of attempted pep talks after a massive group of good people resigning or leaving in the same few weeks recently, but it feels pretty empty and exhausting at this point. Resignations and firings are high. Burnout is common and overall sentiment about working there is negative. Teams are often stretched thin and expected to keep pushing despite the situation not improving and when people ask questions to the CEO or COO it feels like things are deflected or put back on you. Overall, the environment feels exhausting, endless and negative, and things have felt like they are getting worse rather than better. I would not recommend this workplace to someone looking for a supportive, enjoyable or stable environment. Woudln't be surprised if it closed in the next 12 months.
