Pros
The company culture must be a unique selling point for Degusta Box, as everybody is open, inclusive and approachable. There is very little top-to-bottom hierarchy structure in the company, which makes it pleasant to speak (and learn) from one another. There are good benefits, such as a discounted private health insurance, as well as a discount on Urban Sports Club. Aside from the benefits, there are sufficient team buildings and activities (e.g. barbeques) outside office hours.
Cons
It's a small to medium size company where everyone has their own set of skills and responsibilities specific to their role. This could make it challenging to find a peer who is on the "same level" as you, in order to learn from (which you could find at bigger corporations). However, there are lots of opportunities to grow within the role based on training and courses provided inhouse.
