Great place to work - Anonymous employee Delafield Hotel Employee Review

The hotel is very nice and clean so there are little to no complaints from guests, management cares about their employees.

At my time of employment, the pay was a bit low, however it was higher than the other hotels in the area.

They care about their guests and the ability to generate an amazing event.

They need to not care about the little things and let things stay the same. Don't try to make big new changes and try to get everyone overwhelmed with them.
