Warning about management - Anonymous employee Delafield Hotel Employee Review

The hotel is very nice and clean so there are little to no complaints from guests, management cares about their employees.

At my time of employment, the pay was a bit low, however it was higher than the other hotels in the area.

The Delafield Hotel (DH) is small enough to give personal attention to its clientel. A luxury hotel in the beautiful Kettle Moraine area of Wisconsin, it's rooms and amenities lend itself well to a "whatever it takes" approach to guest satisfaction.

At times it was difficult to adhere to known industry standards when a guest requested something outside the norm (never unethical, just extra). 3rd shift audits timing varied, depending on who was working.
