Pros
You work independently for the most part, can listed to music on headphones at your desk. People are nice for the most part and pay is ok.
Cons
This is the most complicated confusing place, policies are constantly changing and it's almost impossible to keep up. What your reviewing is so detail oriented and each claim is unique so it's very challenging. You are also shown numbers for your productivity/quality and I'm not sure anyone knows what they really mean or how they work, which stinks because this is what your bonus is based on. Also certain law firms seem to get preferential treatment, which just complicates the process and seems like a bit of an ethical issue. They don't seem to trust the staff very much, no internet access on your cpu and time is monitored very closely, not to mention phone calls. Also sick day policy is completely ridiculous, so don't ever get sick.
