They have a culture of hiding behind their seniority. All of the new employees feel like they have no backing or support for any of their issues. And when a new hire and a senior employee get into an altercation or if there is some kind of conflict. They just fire the new hire to avoid paperwork or trouble management might face for allowing these incidents to occur and not addressing them. They allow senior employees to harass and belittle countless newly hired employees. Im not even gonna get started on the blatant racism. This place should be inspected and investigated for anti discrimination.
