Being a start-up with a taken over unit is perhaps the main reason why it is failing. All efforts to set an unbiased and uniform environment and systems are going in vain due to 1. Huge communication gap from management to downline 2. Predominence of a single department and HoD hindering the channelization of finance and working capital 3. No proper communication chennel 4. Decisions are either taken/changed overnight or not informed 5. Poor Accounts and Finance Team filled in with the employees responsible for the closing of taken over Unit 6. Use of old technology is making the product go obsolete in near future
