Lack of internal progression - Anonymous employee Delib Employee Review

Delib has an amazing team of very talented, hard-working and genuinely nice people. It's a lovely atmosphere within the company and even though people work hard, they are fun and approachable. If you ever need help or guidance, anyone you speak with will be kind and generous with their time.

If you are dealing with teams in Australia and New Zealand, you might have to do an occasional late night/early morning call, but I always enjoyed that.

Everyone is valued, lots of variety in the work, lots of autonomy, great colleagues, lots of care for employees

Flat structure isn't for everyone, high level of responsibility can mean high stress at times.
