Pros
The people at Delinea and our great customers, as at all great companies, are the main reasons for why I am so motivated to go to work. The company does endeavor to invest in customer interest projects and evolves the solution as technology and the market shifts. The people I meet directly are very receptive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our shared success. I generally feel like people care about our companies success rather than just their own goals.
Cons
As the company has shifted to a work from home model, I find the support organisation has become much more isolating and this is a constant challenge. We have been constantly reminded budget is a limitation preventing the opportunities to get members of the support organisation together from abroad. This is not a challenge that is shared with other departments, who get together regularly by traveling to meet for shared trainings or conferences.
