Pros
This is a great place to gain experience if you are a new homecare nurse. This company has a fairly decent orientation process compared to other homecare agencies. Medical insurance is decent, not the highest, not the lowest.
Cons
Not mindful of distances that nurses drive, and mileage is capped at $1000 per month. Also, among homecare agencies, this agency is one of the lower paying agencies. Questionable professionalism in managment, this definitely is a "good ole' boys" network- sometimes we wonder what certain people REALLY do in their titles??? This agency has had several POC's at each survey, and while upper management is paid well, the nurses in the field who DIRECTLY work for the corrections to be rectified, are not rewarded.
