Good team members with above average skills when compared to industry

Management, leadership and mid level managers and team leads are now all non technical which causes a lot of issues. No sense of estimation, scheduling and planning. Delivery dates are decided in ivory towers and then teams are expected to meet them. Failure to meet the timeline results in PIP or termination.

Lots of social events, nice office location, annual-leave flexibility

A company full of managers who do the least work but get the most money. slikspætte gets you far with this company but hard work doesn't. Such a shame, as it has the potential to be successful - but they keep letting go of their best workers citing financial difficulties, but in the same breath, promote existing staff who are often the last ones in the door, the ones that talk most but do basic. They offer maternity cover to the men but not the women.
