      Not so good work life Balance. Training is not the best due to everyone being so busy.

      Access to top-tier audit clients Lots of resources Lots of supports if having the right networks of PMD

      Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
