      They have a good base of experienced Engineers. There are always deep skilled Engineers to provide assistance on difficult problems.

      Cons

      The Company has changes direction and is beginning to purge all the talent. They are more concerned with saving $$$ than maintaining experienced Engineers. As experienced Engineers quit or are released, they are replaced with new college graduates.
