Management does nothing about the bullying instead just act clueless. Often overworked due to lack of proper scheduling of patients . The workload isn’t distributed equally having some feeling overwhelmed. Mold all over exam rooms. Certain staff members constantly pushing their political or spiritual beliefs on you. Staff will go through your lunch or touch personal items. There are cliques and the environment is like high school.
