Pros
You can learn a lot of things by yourself since they DO NOT offer any training.
Cons
The management is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and afraid of any different advice. They ask you have to volunteer for working extra hrs till 10 pm weekdays (the contract is 9am-5pm) and come to office on weekend with no pay to prove you are loyalty or they will find trouble on your performance. Change the contract after probation period and force you to sign the new contract which is completely different than the original version.
