No bonus and no overtime

The only pro I would say is the experience.

This is one of the worst companies to work for. The office looks horrible and is not safe. Salaries are not paid on time or even in full. Some months our salaries were paid in 3 different payments and a week late. The work culture is absolutely toxic.
