Top heavy!!!! I counted over 50 VPs and AVPs and the company doesn't have 50 departments). They will make a new VP or AVP title just to give someone more money and the person is literally doing the exact same job!
The branch employees (tellers, member service reps, mcc, etc) do not make nearly enough money for the work they do... for the people they have to deal with on a daily! No reason this company should have employees who qualify for government assistance, when they give out millions of dollars in bonuses to those 50+ VPs and AVPs.
Health insurance option is awful but they talk up that HSA as if though it's not your own money. Meanwhile, they can give AVPs, VPs, CEOs, and the Board, insane bonuses ever year!
Whhhhhhhy did they separate from the airline? The world may never know, but I suspect greed. Truly, the only thing that made this company worth working for was the connection to Delta Airlines bc the salaries are subpar, the health insurance is awful, leadership doesn't lead they're just given titles to warrant giving them more money, the favoritism is INSANE, HR is like any companies HR (meaning they look out for the company not the employees).
