(For context, about 40% of our total workforce are female and 60% are male)
In terms of pay increases, so far in 2023, 85% of our eligible employees earned base pay increases. Some of these are even multiple increases to the same person because they received a merit increase and later a job change with pay increase. The average increase across these is 7%.
If by chance, you are an Account Executive in Outside Sales, we have a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Therefore, those roles are not eligible to receive annual increases to base salary. However, we review our compensation strategy regularly and have made adjustments to the base salary based on geography for example.
