- An Employee oriented company, employee needs come first for them - Work-life balance, they make sure that your life is not disturbed because of the work. management never forces you to work outside the office hours -Continuous increment, Every employee is paid as per the market rate and every year they make sure to give you an increment -Work is recognised everytime, -Promotions, management keeps a watch on your achievements and promotions are given to the right employees, you don't have to remind them of that - They give lots of opportunities to grow -Frequent after-work events, management makes sure to follow a practice of working together once in a month to make us stress free and get to know each other after work This is the best company I have worked so far in my professional career, if not for other demanding situation, I would have never left them.
