Pros

Some good people and good tech stack but that depending on the team.

Cons

The company was sold a while ago and that did not benefit the employees in any way, on contrary it brought more problems, the work started to be outsourced, people with no knowledge or experience added into the teams and that lead to toxic and blame culture as the quality decreased and devs got fed up. - Bad management - Bad culture - There are favorites employees - Lame parties(boring old school presentations and speeches) - Non existing benefits - No promotions, spent 3 years of my career with absolutely no progress whatsoever (Performance Reviews exists just to discourage)

Thank you for giving your feedback. This review isn't pleasant to read, and of course every individual will have their own journey. Going through large change, like an acquisition, is not always for everyone. Writing this feedback now (July 2023), we can proudly say these views don't seem to be supported by the actions of our people. Attrition is at an all-time low, staff engagement at an all-time high, and our business has just had it's most successful year in terms of new business and revenue. We work hard every day to ensure good management and culture start at the top, and are embedded in everything we do. We take huge pride in seeing our successful people grow, either by taking new roles, or through promotions. And most of all, we definitely don't do presentations or speeches at our parties....and we think our social events are quite good (check the website) :)

Pros

- An Employee oriented company, employee needs come first for them - Work-life balance, they make sure that your life is not disturbed because of the work. management never forces you to work outside the office hours -Continuous increment, Every employee is paid as per the market rate and every year they make sure to give you an increment -Work is recognised everytime, -Promotions, management keeps a watch on your achievements and promotions are given to the right employees, you don't have to remind them of that - They give lots of opportunities to grow -Frequent after-work events, management makes sure to follow a practice of working together once in a month to make us stress free and get to know each other after work This is the best company I have worked so far in my professional career, if not for other demanding situation, I would have never left them. Highly recommended for everyone especially women
