Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.
Cons
Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.
This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.
Cons
- Benefits are to expensive.
- Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees.
- Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.)
- Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met.
- Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's.
- All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that.
- Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
