Pros

I've been with Delta Group for just under seven years, and I can confidently say the culture here is unlike any other. This is a company that genuinely cares about its people—not just in words, but in action. Leadership listens, supports, and consistently works to create an environment where employees feel valued and excited to come to work each day. In my role as a supervisor in the Intake Division, I've had the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to a team that prioritizes collaboration, respect, and innovation. The positive culture, combined with Delta Group’s focus on employee well-being and continuous improvement, makes it a place I’m proud to be a part of. I would absolutely recommend Delta Group to anyone looking for not just a job, but a place where they can build a meaningful career.

Cons

Things move fast, and expectations are high—but that’s part of what makes it such a dynamic and rewarding place to work.

Pros

Biggest pro for me is the majority of friendly, helpful, and kind co-workers. No one makes you feel dumb for asking questions that may seem obvious to others.

Cons

Only "con" I can think of is making sure the Team Leads are all on the same page about how to label/flag facilities on files when completing canvasses.

Pros

This Company provides decent pay but its not worth the stress.

Cons

- Benefits are to expensive. - Management sets unrealistic goals and deliverables for their employees. - Work life balance does not exist with this company. (expect long hours and be available 24/7.) - Quality of work is expected at lower levels while allowing higher ups to make false promises to clients. Then the lower tier gets in trouble when those promises aren't met. - Mass confusion, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to SOP's. - All employees that are not managers are treated as expendable and they will go out of their way to let you know / feel that. - Posting incorrect job titles for the wrong roles.
