Poor management/owners - Banquet Manager Delta King Employee Review

Great Team of co-workers, excellent attention- detailed owners, beautiful location and the Boat itself is a Sacramento treasure. I really enjoyed working with this group, so much going on at once I was never bored at this job.

There is no cons for the Delta King.

None. Overworked and not provided the proper resources to succeed.

Management are horrible people and constantly talk bad about employees behind their backs. Multiple managers show up to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No resources provided to succeed. Often left on your own to deal with problems. Human Resources constantly have other people do their work for them and are often not even present at work.
