      Originally some high turnover on upper management but with integration of all brands it seems we’ve found the right team.

      Salary, location, benefits, trip to Belgium, and 401K.

      Cons

      This place is ran by a very immature management team. Anyone with any lighting experience is gone within 3-6mths. Don't get snowed by the pay, not worth it.
