Pros

DeltaIot is a good place to start my career as an Embedded C Developer. The company provides a structured work environment, job stability, and opportunities to learn industry standards and real-world embedded projects. It helped me build a strong foundation early in my career.

Cons

As of now, I have not faced any major issues from the company side. Delta has been a good start to my career, and I have recommended the organization to three employees who are all doing well with good salaries and stable careers. I was also directly selected by the client after two years, which shows the strong exposure and opportunities provided.

Pros

My name is Adithaya, and I am a graduate engineer. I have recently started my career at DeltaIot and am currently assigned to the client John Deere. It has been a great opportunity to begin my professional journey as a fresher. So far, I have not faced any issues related to salary or work, and my experience has been positive.

Cons

As a fresher, the initial learning curve can be challenging, and adapting to corporate processes and client expectations may take time. Workload can vary depending on project requirements, which may sometimes affect work-life balance.
