Good people, pay is not bad, 10 hrs overtime every week

No process for reviews or raises, hours are long sometimes,

Decent pay, and hours and benefits.

Coworkers that look down on you, talk about you behind your back. Only good to the company when theres work. Once the work drys up, your laid-off and they just rehire for the position. They will NOT train from within. They give you some time yo learn and grow, but if your not, they cut you loose.
